Planting the future: almonds and olives
We begin the season with every field working. Our best plots go to almonds and olives, trees that handle drought well and sell at a strong price. While they mature, we sow sunflower on the lighter soils to help cover costs.
We also invest in composting and drip irrigation to use less water and set the path toward organic certification. This is a planting planned over several years, aiming for solid and sustainable margins.
